Q Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is for you conduct outside research on the culture your group chose to present on for the Group Project assignment. Knowledge: This assignment is requiring you to complete an annotated bibliography. An annotated bibliography is like a reference list of outside sources, but under each source listing you provide a paragraph that gives an overview of that source and how it relates to the culture your group is presenting on in the Group Project assignment. Your group will need to compile a minimum of five outside sources total. Each of the outside sources you provide will need a brief summary of what it is about and how it relates to the concept you are talking about. Task: To successfully complete this assignment, you will: 1. Conduct outside research using resources like the Holman Library Website, Google Scholar, print sources, and/or books. 2. Identify a minimum of five outside sources. 3. Create an APA formatted references page citation for each source (APA resources provided below). 4. Write a brief paragraph about each source, including a summary of the source content and how it relates to the specific cultural your group is presenting on. 5. Upload the assignment to the Group Project Annotated Bibliography dropbox by the due date. Note: Only one annotated bibliography should be submitted per group. Criteria for Success: You will be graded using the following criteria: 1. Submission is on time. 2. A minimum of five outside sources are cited and annotated for your group’s chosen culture. 3. The annotation of the source is a brief paragraph that summarizes the source and relates it to your cultural identities. 4. The assignment is organized and free of spelling and grammar errors. 5. APA formatting is used correctly throughout. Note: This assignment is the first assignment leading up to your Group Project presentation that will be due in Week 11 of the quarter.
